Florence Ellinwood Allen (March 23, 1884 – September 12, 1966) was a United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Supreme Court of Ohio originated with Ohio 1802 constitution. Initially two judges and later four were appointed by the legislature, travelling to individual counties where terms were held once each year.
